Fortismere Associates were appointed in May 2015 to provide critical friend support to the Oxfordshire Growth Board to assist with their joint programme of work to provide sustainable options for the growth of Oxfordshire. The project requirements included the review of the Oxford City SHLAA to satisfy partners that the assessment of the ability to meet the stated level of unmet need is correct. We also facilitated workshops on the strategic options for meeting Oxford’s unmet housing need and on the outputs of the Green Belt Study.
