Project management support for Local Plan

Fortismere Associates was appointed in 2012 to help the planning policy team to develop Epping Forest District Council’s Local Plan in the most efficient way possible, and also to build the team’s capacity.

We have managed the timetable for producing the Local Plan, including the critical path; resources; and internal processes. We continue to report monthly to the management board and portfolio holder, and also regularly update the Cabinet and run workshops for members.

Acting as a critical friend, we are continuing to advise on process and also the quality of content of the Local Plan.
